2.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that applicants are young persons, aged in between 26-27 years. It is further submitted that based on the same facts and circumstances, seven co-accused have already been released on bail and parity should be maintained. It is also submitted that applicants are behind bars ever-since 12.11.2025.
3. Upon perusal of the case record, it has been observed that on the earlier occasion, anticipatory bail applications filed by the instant applicants were duly considered by this Court and the applicants therein was directed to surrender and apply for the regular bail. However, the learned Trial Court has rejected the regular bail applications moved by the present applicants, primarily on the ground of criminal antecedents of similar nature registered against the applicants, which are eleven in number.
4. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the fact that there are as many as eleven criminal antecedents registered against the applicants; that case of the co-accused is distinguishable from the present applicants and looking to the overall facts and record of the instant case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused- applicants on bail at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the instant bail applications are dismissed at this stage.
6. A copy of this order be placed in the connected application.
