GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.10000 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in not registering Case/FIR against the Respondents 5 to 8 basing on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 8-7-2019, as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice…” 2. None appeared for the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the writ petitioner police registered FIR vide Crime No.177 of 2019 of Mandapeta Town Police Station, on 28.07.2019 and the same is investigated into. The writ petition was filed alleging that police did not register any FIR basing on the report of the petitioner dated 08.07.2019. 4. Now the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would disclose that police registered the above FIR basing on the report dated 08.07.2019 presented by the writ petitioner. 4 In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
