...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not- releasing the admitted bill amount of Rs.9,00,672/- vide CFMS.No.1660498 (2019-285825), Rs.9,22,521/- vide CFMS No.1586044 (2019-285348), Rs.9,20,258/- vide CFMS.No.1943273 (2019-285915), Rs.9,23,317/- vide CFMS.No.1585993 (2019-285349), Rs.9,22,890/- vide CFMS.No.1943557 (2019-286082), and Rs.9,22,256/- vide CFMS.No.1588021 (2019-286072), despite successful completion of the works executed by the petitioner in terms of different Agreements under Neeru Chettu Programme even after finalizing the bills and the same were generated in Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), in spite of repeated requests is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay the aforesaid amounts along with interest @24percent p.a and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay the admitted bill amount of Rs.9,00,672/- vide CFMS.No.1660498 (2019-285825), Rs.9,22,521/- vide CFMS No.1586044 (2019-285348), Rs.9,20,258/- vide CFMS.No.1943273 (2019-285915), Rs.9,23,317/- vide CFMS.No.1585993 (2019-285349), Rs.9,22,890/- vide CFMS.No.1943557 (2019-286082), and Rs.9,22,256/- vide CFMS.No.1588021 (2019-286072) to the petitioner in respect of the works executed by the petitioner in terms of different Agreements under Neeru Chettu Programme, pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, pending the writ petition, the respondents have paid the amounts due to the petitioner. Therefore, requested this Court to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
