Learned Public Prosecutor places on record the factual report dated 15.05.2025 received from the SHO, Police Station Harmara, District Jaipur (West). According to which, after thorough investigation, police has filed negative final report against the [2025:RJ-JP:47936] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1251/2016] petitioners before the concerned court in the year 2016. The said report is hereby taken on record. In view of above, prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore.
