The respondent does not have any objection for the petitioner No.2 herein to withdraw the amount deposited by Mr.Imtiyaz Ahmed, partner of M/s.Ideal Distributor before the Trial Court. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to release the amount which is already in deposit in favour of petitioner No.2.
