Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioner-Deependra Joshi with following prayer:- i) The instant petition for writ may kindly be ordered to be allowed and a writ, order or direction in the appropriate nature may kindly be issued in favor of the humble petitioner [2025:RJ-JP:41262] (2 of 2) [CW-14921/2025] institute; ii) The Preference List/Order dated 16/09/2025 (Annex. -11) may kindly be quashed and set aside only to the extent of the Appointment of Respondent No.6 for the post of Guest Faculty Assistant Professor Sanskrit Sahitya at Rajkeey Acharya Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Chirana, Jhunjhunu mentioned at Sr. No. 14 of the list and the preference be given to the petitioner in place of the Respondent No.6; (iii) The petitioner further prays that he may be given preference and may be appointed as the Guest Faculty for the post of Assistant Professor Sanskrit Sahitya at the Rajkeey Acharya Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Chirana, Jhunjhunu for the year 2025-2026 being the last person to hold the post and scoring the maximum API score on the said post; 2. The petitioner is aggrieved of order dated 14.01.2025 in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 50/2025 passed by Hon’ble Division Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur whereby respondent No.6 Dr. Deendadyal Saini was directed to be appointed as Guest faculty in pursuant to direction dated 25.09.2024 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13260/2024. 3. Having considered the submission and also the material placed on record, the petitioner may pursue the legal remedy, if available in pending matter before the Division Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur but he cannot seek any remedy by filing a separate S.B. Writ Petition. 4. After considering the submission and also perusing the material placed on record, no ground is made out for interference by this Court, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 5.
