The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.288 of 2023, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.32 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 356, 382, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(a), 21(a) and 25 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saraikela. On 13.09.2023 at about 1:00 P.M., co-accused Vishal Yadav @ Vishal was apprehended at Imli chowk, Adityapur after he was decamping away with a snatched chain. Vishal Yadav @ Vishal spelt out the name of the petitioner that he was also involved in the snatching of chain. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Vishal Yadav @ Vishal has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.7372 of 2024. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of the co-accused. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saraikela, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.288 of 2023, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.32 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
