Sudhakar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Vinod K Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the Official Respondents in considering the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 30.12.2024. The Representation/Application under Form-6A is submitted for the purpose of mutation of the name of the father of the Writ Petitioner. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Renigunta Mandal dated 25.01.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate, apart from other facts, that the Representation dated 30.12.2024 is not available in the Cffice of the Tahsildar (Respondent No.5). The Writ Petitioner has not filed proof evidencing the submission of the Representation dated 30.12.2024. Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Writ Petitioner to submit a fresh Representation along with filled-in hardcopy of the Form-6A to the Tahsildar (by remitting the requisite fee), Renigunta Mandal (Respondent No.5) within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the said Representation, the Tahsildar (Respondent No.5) shall pass a Speaking Crder in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such Representation and furnish a copy of such Crder to all the interested parties forthwith. 4. 5. 3 6. Needless to state that the Respondent No.5 is statutorily obligated to issue advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order.
