Nanilu Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for the respondents. 2. Since the issue involved in the above Writ Petitions are one and the same, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the cases through this ‘Common Order’. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that they have made an application on 05.12.2021 for the grant of a quarry lease over an extent of 4 4.98 Hectares in Survey No.157, Bennavolu Panchayati, Chodavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. Since no orders have been passed on the application(s) of the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation on 16.04.2025. Since the same was not considered, the instant Writ Petition(s) are filed. 4. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology has placed before the Court a copy of the instructions received by her in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the petitioner’s application in respect of the subject area overlaps with the LOI issued in the name of one M/s Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Metals & Sand Industries Private Limited and as such there is no free area available for the grant of a quarry lease in respect of the subject area. 5. Having regard to the same, since the application of the petitioner has been pending since 2021, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6. The said instructions of the respondents are placed on record. 7. With the above observation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
