No DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 8. 13.03.2026 KSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This Court, by order dated 27.06.2025, directed the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.118 of 2022 in O.S.No.6 of 2022 pending on its file within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. As the trial Court could not dispose of the said interlocutory application within the stipulated time, the concerned Judge addressed a letter to the Registry seeking extension of time, which was placed on record and numbered as I.A.No.3 of 2025. By order dated 26.12.2025 in I.A.No.3 of 2025, this Court extended the time by a further period of two months. Again, since the trial Court could not dispose of the above interlocutory application within the time stipulated by this Court, the concerned Judge addressed another letter to the Registry seeking extension of time, which has been placed on record as I.A.No.1 of 2026, seeking further time for disposal of the above I.A. 2. This court perused the above said letter. In view of the reasons explained in the letter, this court is of the considered view that to meet the ends of justice, I.A.No.1 of 2026 can be disposed of by granting a further period of two (02) months from today to the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.118 of 2022 in O.S. No.6 of Contd., 2022 pending on its file. 3. Accordingly, this application is allowed and two (02) more months time is granted from today for disposal of I.A.No.118 of 2022 in O.S. No.6 of 2022.
