These disputes pertain to family property. The petitioner has instituted a civil suit in O.S. No.3 of 2025 against the 2"*^ respondent before the II Additional District Judge, Amalapuram, wherein the learned District Judge has granted interim injunction in favour of the petitioners against the 2"^ respondent and another. 4. While the things stood thus, the 2"^ respondent has now given a criminal colour to the existing civil disputes. The petitioners also filed W.P. No.3750 of 2025, seeking a direction to the police to refrain from interfering in the civil disputes betwe^Q^e petitioner and the second 3 CRL.P. No.5051 of 2025 directed the police to respondent.
