This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned Order dated 06.11.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer Rindra, Varanasi/Respondent no. 3 in Case No. 6484 of 2023 (Ramraj Vishwakarma a and others versus State of U.P.) Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code and Order dated 31.01.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration) Varanasi Division Varanasi/Respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 2612 of 2023 (Raju Vishwakarma and others versus State of U.P.) Under Section 207 U.P. Revenue Code 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
