1. The petitioners through the medium of present writ
petition are seeking a direction upon respondent No.4 to
finalise the tender process initiated pursuant to e-NIT
No.26 of 2025-26 dated 07.08.2025.
2. Issue notice to the respondents.
3. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG accepts notice on behalf of
respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners apprehend that the official respondents may
not conclude the tendering process and because of this
reason, the petitioners, who according to them, have
technically qualified, are going to be prejudiced. He has Serial No. 145

prayed that a direction may be issued to respondent No.4
to conclude the tendering process.
5. Having regard to the nature of the relief that has been
sought by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of at
the threshold itself by directing the respondent No.4 to
conclude the tendering process initiated pursuant to e-NIT
No.26 of 2025-26 dated 07.08.2025 in accordance with
the terms and conditions of e-NIT and SBD, provided
there is no legal impediment in the same.
