The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Thakurgangti P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 88, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Thereafter, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for nearly two years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda in connection with Thakurgangti P.S.
