Number and occupation of the petitioner in the cause title in the Order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.9976 of 2025 which was wrongly mentioned as <C.C.No.418 of 2024= instead of <C.C.No.478 of 2025= and the Occupation of the petitioner in the cause title is mentioned as <Labourer= instead of <Software Employee= since it is wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Heard Sri K.Sri Sai Sanjay, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection. In that view, since it is a typographical mistake, the present petition is allowed.
