PATIL) Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo stating that the matter is settled in the execution proceedings. 2. The memo reads as under: "The appellants submit that the above appeal has been filed by the appellants challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 14-06-2024 passed in Com.O.S.No.1407/2023 by the LXXXV Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge (Commercial Court) (CCH-86) at Bengaluru. The respondent had filed an execution petition in Com.Ex.No.599/2024 before the said Court. The claim/dispute which is the subject matter of the above appeal has been settled between the parties for a sum of Rs.29,50,000/-. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo reporting the settlement of the dispute before the executing court on 14-11- 2025 and the case Com.Ex.No.599/2024 has been closed as fully satisfied.
