ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an order writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus under article 226 of the constitution of India declaring the inaction of the respondents in carrying out investigation in proper perspective and effective manner by arresting the persons involved in Cr No.4/2021 on the file of Hindupur I Town Police Station, Hindupur though petitioner made complaint by mentioning several names in his complaint dated 11.11.2020 and registering crime by showing three accused and without mentioning other names though they had specific overt acts as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to complete the investigation in a fair and proper manner by taking into
consideration of petitioners complaint and pass….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not carrying out the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2021 of Hindupur I Town Police Station. He would further submit that let there be a direction to the police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed to

conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already concluded by this date.
