YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE ORDER 28.04.2025 01. Investigating Officer of the case Sh. Ghulam Hussain ASI, Police Station Channi Himmat is present in person along with the case diary, which has been perused. It is submitted by the appearing Investigating Officer that the investigation in the case is complete and his police station is ready to present final report, as according to him, the investigation in the case has been concluded as not admitted. 02. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent no. 1 may be permitted to file the final closure report before the competent Court, which could not be done owing to the operation of the interim order dated 17.07.2019. 03. Perused the main petition and the copies of the documents enclosed with the same. 04. The petitioners/accused is aggrieved of the registration of the case FIR bearing No. 34/2019 dated 24.03.2019 registered with respondent no. 1under Sr. No. 21 2 | P a g e CRM(M) No. 375/2019 Sections 420, 447 RPC as being outcome of false and forged compliant of respondent no. 2. 05. The investigation in the case is reported to be complete and the impugned FIR appears to have been registered by respondent no. 1 on the basis of the compliant of respondent no. 2, which disclosed the commission of the cognizable offences more particularly under Sections 420 and 447 RPC. 06. In the opinion of this Court, the ends of justice will be met by allowing respondent no. 1 to present the final report warranted on the basis of investigation for the judicial scrutiny before the competent Court.
