Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Simdega P.S. It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is also a married lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last four years.
