The present application has been filed with a prayer for impleading the State of Manipur represented by Secretary Health and Family Welfare, Government of Manipur as respondent No. 1 and also with a prayer for allowing to renumber the respondents as respondents Nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 respectively in the cause-title of the connected writ petition. The learned G.A. as well as Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents, fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing this amendment application and also in renumbering all the other respondents as prayed for. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, and on perusal of the record, this Court finds sufficient grounds for allowing the present application.
