The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 2220 of 2024 (State vs. Haleema Rehman and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 511 of 2023, under Sections 323, 324, 504 of I.P.C., P.S. Katghar, District Moradabad, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 24.1.2024, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) NC-2, Moradabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
