Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned GO vide GO RT No. 130, Higher Education (EC) Department, dated 13- 07- 2025 issued by the 1ST Respondent, whereby and whereunder certain courses B.Tech CSE Artificial Intelligence and B.Tech CSE Data Science were not mentioned, despite the said courses were sanctioned by the 6THRespondent AlCTE (Apex body) and got approval from the 4THRespondent University, for the academic year 2025-26 as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India against principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same to the extent of the Petitioner institution and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.

3 The Court made the following ORDER:
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief. <….to issue an appropriate Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned GO Rt.No.130, Higher Education (EC) Department, dated 13.07.2025 issued by 1st respondent, whereby and whereunder certain courses <B.Tech CSE Artificial Intelligence and B.Tech CSE Data Science= were not mentioned, despite the said courses were sanctioned by 6th respondent AlCTE (Apex body) and got approval from 4th respondent University, for the academic year 2025-26, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted, violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same to the extent of the petitioner institution.=
2. This Court, on 15.07.2025, while ordering notice before admission, passed the following interim order. <………….. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim suspension of GO Rt.No.130, Higher Education (EC) Department, dated 13.07.2025, in respect of the petitioner- College (Serial No.183) and it is further directed to permit the petitioner to fill up the seats in the courses of B.Tech CSE Artificial Intelligence and B. Tech CSE Data Science as approved by the AICTE. List the matter after four (4) weeks.=
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the said interim

4 orders, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
