Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Veera Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.V.Venkata Mayur, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
