Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 616 days in filing the second appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioners make a payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund' Madras High Court, on or before 23.03.2026, failing which, this condone delay petition shall stand automatically dismissed. 3.
