...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent herein unilaterally terminating me as adhoc- lecturer on 21.05.2023 for not having Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) at that point of time (obtained Ph.D on 02.12.2023), which is not a mandatory on that day of termination and the termination is not preceded by any show cause notice and also not following the principles of natural justice being a statutory University which has to follow the rule of law and the termination is arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and ultravirus and also contrary to the scheme of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ananthapuram Act, 2008 and consequently declare the termination dated 13.05.2023 by the 5th respondent as ratified by the 4th respondent University and may be set aside and to continue the petitioner in the existing vacancy in the 5th respondent college and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the and 5* respondent herein not to fill the vacancy in the department of science and humanities with another adhoc lecturer in the place of the petitioner’s termination on 13.05.2023 by further directing to consider to continue as adhoc-lecturer in the existing vacancy, since the petitioner is possessing of Ph.D, pending disposal of the above said writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
