Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime no.110/2025, under sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station- Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law, specially in the light of guidelines/observations given by Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Satendra Kumar Antil Vs.
