Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:90817 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 5155 of 2025 Petitioner :- Pradeep Kumar Respondent :- Union Of India And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Raman Saxena Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Raman Saxena, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 22th April, 2025, Mr. Saxena has obtained instructions regarding cut off marks for various categories of posts on which selection has been held. It has come in the instructions that petitioner has obtained total 142.22246 marks. Marksheet has also been attached whereas the last cut off marks lowest in the S.C. category for B.S.F. was
143.34387. Thus, the petitioner does not find place in the select list on account for not scoring marks at par with the last cut off. Hence, I do not find any force in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed and is consigned to records. Order Date :- 27.5.2025 Atmesh Digitally signed by :- ATMESH KESARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
