This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26.03.2025 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Jhansi, District Jhansi under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
