The issue involved in the present matter relates to annual increment which has already been decided by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Director (Admn. & HR) KPTCL and others Vs. C.P. Mundinamani & Others, reported in 2023 SCC OnLine SC 401. Based upon this, a bunch of writ petitions have been disposed off by this High Court is WPS No. 3036 of 2020 (Pitambar Singh Nayak Vs State of Chhattisgarh & others) decided on 10.07.2023. 2. In view of the aforesaid decision rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court which has been further followed by a series of writ petitions by this High Court, the present writ petitions also deserve to be and are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPS No 3036 of 2020 and other analogous writ petitions decided on 10.07.2023. 3.
