JMIC, Jalalabad, and is pending till date, thus no case as of today is pending against the detenue and thereby has been remanded in custody vide order, Annexure P-11, being unlawfull. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies as per law. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
