SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.699 OF 2025 ORDER : The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the BNSS, is filed on behalf of the petitioners herein/A17 and A19 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.79 of 2'024 of Macherla Town Police Station, palnadu District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3241506 r/w 34 of IPC- 2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that A18 in the present crime had already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Order dated 30,01.2025 in Crl.P.No.631 of 2025, and the case of the petitioners stands on the same footing as that of A18. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor did not dispute the same. \ 3. [n view of the above, and for the reasons Stated in the Order passed in Crl.P.No.631 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025, this Court is inclined to consider the petitioners' request for the grant of anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, in the event of their arrest, petitioners herein/A17 and ` A19 shall be released on bail on each of them executing a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting -----__ i i- ~,a~in1 police offic-lals, and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shaH not Cause any threat, inducement Or Promise tO the prosecution witnesses.
