This is a petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 82 dated 06.03.2024 under Sections 420/406/120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Central Faridabad District Faridabad Haryana. 2. This Court, vide order dated 27.05.2024, had directed the petitioner to appear before the Arresting/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting /Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.) 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the Renu Rawat order dated 27.05.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and 2025.09.10 16.31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-22503-2024 2 cooperated with the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 27.05.2024 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. 6.
