At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17977/2025 the petitioner was granted regular bail, but due to typographical mistake in the title portion of the aforesaid order, the father name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Late Jaynath Chaudhary" instead of "Late Jagarnath Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48133 of 2025(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 Chaudhary". 4. In view of the above, let the father name of the petitioner be read as "Late Jagarnath Chaudhary" instead of "Late Jaynath Chaudhary". 5.
