(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case GD No.37 dated 12.11.2024 under Sections 109(1), 191(3), 190, 324(5) of BNS, 2023 in FIR No.101 dated 16.10.2024 under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Section 118(2) (added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. This Court vide order dated 25.04.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 25.04.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required. In view of the above, the order dated 25.04.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
