SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18693 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of 2nd respondent in not determining the fee structure for the block period 2025-26 to 2026-27 for the various technical courses being offered by the petitioner- institution on the ground that the petitioner did not pay the processing fee and submitted the data as notified by 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to determine the fee structure for the petitioner institution and issue such other order. 2. Sri Veerendranath, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 4.
