The petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. this Hon’ble Court may kind enough in issuing AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.01.09 16:54:25 +0530 2 a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, order or commands, commanding and directing the respondents to place the complete record related with the case of the petitioner for just and proper decision of the case. 10.2. this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, order or commands, commanding to clear the admissible amount of Rs.94,500/- with immediate effect and provide interest rate of 18 percent per annum, if any delay occurs. 10.3. Any other relief, that his Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, order or commands, commanding and directing the respondents which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a self-help Women’s Group registered under relevant laws in engaged in promoting women’s skills and supplying general items to both government and private sectors. In the year 2016-17, the 3 respondent/State required school uniforms, for which, a purchase order dated 25/11/2016 was issued to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner society bear all expenses from its own funds and provided services in accordance with the directives of the concerned authorities. The total cost for the school uniforms was approximately Rs.8,41,972/-, out of which, Rs.7,47,472/- was paid in the financial year 2017-18 and the admissible amount of Rs.94,500/- remains unpaid to the petitioner till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that after the verification of the same, the undisputed amount, if any, would be released within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. Having considered the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the learned State counsel the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer/respondent to release the undisputed/admissible amount to the petitioner after verification of the same, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
