Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A and of the Indian Penal Code and ¾ of D. P Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , marriage of informant was solemnized with one Chhunu Kumar and after sometime of marriage , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons committed torture and harassment to the informant due to non- fulfillment of demand of dowry . 4. Petitioner is devar of the informant. He is simply victim of over implications. He is separate in mess and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33239 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 property . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner and he has no concern with affairs of the couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P .
