HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT APPEAL No.103 of 2020 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) The present Writ Appeal is filed against the common order dated 1. 20.12.2018, passed in various writ petitions, setting aside the orders rejecting absorption of the writ petitioners against the aided posts of Lecturers in the respective private Managements and directing the Government to absorb the writ petitioners on the posts of Lecturers in the respective private Managements. A Co-ordinate bench of this Court has dismissed the appeals filed against the same common order by a common judgment dated 31.07.2020. Against the same, the State filed SLP before the Hbn’ble Apex Court and the same was also dismissed by order dated 08.04.2025 in Special Leave 2. to Appeal (C) No. 13643 of 2020. In view of the above factual position, learned counsels appearing on both sides submit that no further adjudication is required in the present Writ 3. Appeal. In view of the above submissions and in the light of the orders stated supra, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order 4. as to costs. 4 5.
