Sri Girdhar Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, on instructions, submits that prayer of petitioner in regard to fixation of pension and other benefits has been duly addressed and payment has been made. 2. Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, in absence of specific instructions, submits that presently there is no ground to contradict above submissions being made on basis of written instructions, therefore, he prays that this writ petition may be disposed of reserving an opportunity to petitioner that in case he is still aggrieved, he may approach concerned respondents. 3.
