Case No. 95/2024 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 164/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2), 317(3) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7811 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024. 4. On 04.07.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended while committing theft of copper wire from Power Grid of JBVNL. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than six months. It was further submitted that co-accused Ismail Sheikh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 9685 of 2024. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with Maheshpur P.S.
