These present petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to enter names of the petitioners in revenue record as per the direction given by this Court in the case of Ishwar & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1878/1982) decided on 30.03.1993. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners while placing reliance upon the judgment dated 30.03.1993 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Ishwar (supra), submits that these petitions be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representations before the respondents and the respondents be directed to decide the said representations. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid legal position and submits that they have no objection if the petitions are disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners. 4. In view of the submissions made and considering the judgment dated 30.03.1993 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Ishwar (supra), the present petitions stand disposed of with the direction to the petitioners to file representations before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order and the respondents are directed to decide the said representations in an expeditious manner, but not later than six weeks from the date of filing of the aforesaid representations.
