And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Kumar Tripathi,Manish Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Krishna Kant Singh Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ of certiorari and quash the impugned order dated 8.1.2025 passed by Addl. Commissioner (Administrative), Aligarh Division, Aligarh in RST/204/2013-14 Computer Case No. C2013180000273 (Nem Singh Vs. Hariram) u/s 219 Revenue Code, 2006. (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." 3. An application for mutation was filed by the contesting respondent which was rejected by the court below. Appeal filed by the contesting respondent was also rejected. Thereafter, a revision has been filed by the contesting respondent which has been allowed and the matter has been remanded. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the garb of mutation in Arazi No. 2001, the contesting respondent is going to take possession over the Arazi No. 2000 which belongs to the petitioners. 4. Apprehension of the petitioners, is wholly misconceived. 5. Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 16.5.2025 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam,J.)
