Though the matter is listed today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On earlier occasions also i.e., on 28.08.2025, 31.07.2025 and 07.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It shows that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting their case.
