Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has submitted a Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Chittoor, dated 22.09.2025 and a copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. Along with the Written Instructions, he also furnished a photocopy of the bills status report which indicates that the amount of Rs.49,92,002/- had been paid to the Petitioner. 3.
