An application was filed before the Court seeking extension of time and the same was also rejected on the ground that demand draft is not accompanied along with the application. 3. When the order of this Court was not complied with, the learned counsel sought three weeks time on 07.01.2025 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8338 CRL.RP No. 1267 of 2024 and finally, granted three weeks time as sought and again, the matter was listed before this Court on 28.01.2025. On 28.01.2025, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was again adjourned to 11.02.2025 and on 11.02.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time on the ground that he is not feeling well. 4. The petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and even sufficient time was granted, he has not complied with the order of this Court and hence, I do not find any grounds to consider the matter on merits.
