The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 at the behest of respondent Nos.6 to 16 are disturbing the peace of the petitioner and that they are trying to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 to 16 though a crime is pending against the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 11 to 15 submits that they are not interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and other respondents and also further submits that a crime is registered against the petitioner and the police are investigating the crime. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that the respondents 4 and 5 are not interfering with the civil disputes are pending between the parties and the police are advised the parties to approach the civil Court and also submits that another crime is pending against the petitioner and the police are investigating the said case only. 3. Considering the same, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are hereby directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and also not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents without following the due process of law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing charge sheet/final report. No costs. 4.
