This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly 3rd respondents in repeatedly insisting me to appear before their authority and threatening to arrest me, if I do not yield to the terms of Respondents 4 to 10, under the guise of implication of me in false case, as illegal, irregular, irrational and violative of articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with my personal life, liberty and properties and to pass…”
2. None represented on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that in the light of the Interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021, no further orders are required in this matter. 4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
