No. 385 of Jangareddygudem belongs to the 2nd petitioner without any authority and without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, malafidy, ultra-virus, against to the principles of natural justice and contrary to the procedure established by law apart from being violative of under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents not to demolish the shops situated in D. No. 11-9-754, Aswaraopeta Road, Jangareddygudem and not to dispossess the petitioners from the above lands without following due process of law in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to demolish the shops situated in D.
