At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 would submit that in compliance of RRC (Annexure P/3) dated 27.11.2017 issued by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972-cum-Assistant Labour Commissioner, District Raigarh, payment of interest from 29.07.2016 till 28.04.2022, amounting to Rs.1,98,803/- has been paid vide letter dated 28.04.2022 issued by respondent No.5, thus, interest of 5 years and 9 months i.e. for the period of total 69 months has been paid. He further submit that total amount of Rs.4,41,117/- has been paid to the petitioner vide communication dated 14.08.2023 sent by Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Kharsiya to the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Branch Kharsiya. He further submit that relief(s) sought for by the petitioner has been complied with. 2. The aforesaid fact has not been objected by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
