1. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-

order dated 5/10/2019 passed in Special Criminal Case No. 03/2018 by the Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988) District – Raipur and further discharge the present applicant from the charges levelled against him under Section 13(1)(E) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 468, 471 and 201 of IPC, in the interest of Justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is in progress and, at the evidence stage. He further submits that out of 55 prosecution witnesses, statement of 19 witnesses have been recorded, hence, he prays that the present revision be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision.
4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter, thus, the present petition is dismissed.
5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
